PRODUCTION APPLICATION UNITS

Textile Application (Pilot) Plant is working under Textile and Apparel Research-Application Center, and consists of (formed by) 7 units:

1.COTTON YARN DEPARTMENT

Cotton yarn department is fully integrated from the blowrooms to the spinning frames. And it is possible to produce ring and open-end yarns here.

2. WOOL YARN DEPARTMENT

In our wool yarn production department semi-worsted yarn production facilities are existed.

3.WEAVING PREPERATION AND WEAVING DEPARTMENT

Except sizing department, weaving preparation unit is existed. Various weaving machines which can weave jacquard and normal textures also exist.

4. KNITTIG DEPARTMENT

In our knitting department, weft knitting, circular knitting and warp knitting machines and computer added design preparing units exist.

5. NON-WOVEN DEPARTMENT

In our non-woven department, felting machine and tufting machines exist.

6. FINISHING DEPARTMENT

In our finishing department, either laboratories and production machines, or hand print production units exist.

7. APPAREL DEPARTMENT

In our apparel department, the lecture applications are implemented. Various types of cutting and sewing machines and CAD (computer added design) system exist.
